At Lilly’s Crafts & Gifts, every item is handmade, customized, and created with love. Please review our shipping, delivery, and return policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, processing times may vary.
- Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
- Custom or personalized orders: 3–7 business days
- Large custom orders or bulk orders: 5–14 business days
Processing times may vary during holidays, special promotions, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States and select international locations.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Local Pickup (Optional—use only if you offer it)
Local pickup may be available in Cleveland. Please contact us before ordering to arrange pickup details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will gladly work with you to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are handmade and personalized:
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Personalized items
- Custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital designs (if applicable)
Eligible Returns
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused
- Item is in original condition
- Item is returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
